Notice is hereby given a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Battlefield, Missouri, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, the 22nd day of January, 2024, at the Battlefield City Hall, 5434 South Tower Drive, Battlefield, Missouri, concerning the matter of replacing the City of Battlefield Design Standards for Public Improvements Section 405.510 and revising Sections 405.230, 405.400, 405.440, and 405.450 in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Battlefield, Missouri, within the Zoning Code of the city, and may be viewed, copied or examined during regular business hours, Monday through Friday of each week, at the City Clerk’s office at Battlefield City Hall.
At this public hearing any interested person, or any representative of any corporation or political subdivision, may speak for or against any proposed amendment. For more information, contact the City Clerk at (417) 883-5840.
