Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Battlefield, MO at 6 p.m. on Monday, the 9th of June 2025, at the Battlefield City Hall, 5434 South Tower Drive, Battlefield, MO to consider rezoning the following property with a zoning case of #RZ25-06. A proposal to rezone from property Owned by Dan Johnson & Associates, LLC has been submitted for the following described property located on 5505 S. Lewis, Battlefield, MO 65619 from (R1-L) Single-Family Low Density Residence District to (R-1M) Single-Family Medium Residence District for the following property description as follows:

TRACT 1

ALL OF THE SOUTH THREE-FOURTHS (3/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST; EXCEPT THE WEST 735.1 FEET; ALSO EXCEPT THE SOUTH 300 FEET; ALSO EXCEPT ANY PORTION LYING NORTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 3RD ST; ALSO EXCEPT BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH TWO-THIRDS (2/3) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE WEST 233.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 275.20 FEET; THENCE EAST 233.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH TO THE BEGINNING, ALL IN GREENE COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT ANY PART DEEDED, TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES.

A TRACT OF LAND BEING ALL OF THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, IN GREENE COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT ANY PART DEEDED, TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
