Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Battlefield, Missouri, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, the 9th of February 2026, at the Battlefield City Hall, 5434 South Tower Drive, Battlefield, Missouri, concerning the matter of proposed amendments to the cities Title IV Land Use by removing Appendix A and move it to Title V Building and Construction and to Repeal Appendix A in its Entirety and Replace it with a new Appendix A as Stated in Title V Building and Construction in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Battlefield, Missouri. The proposed amendments generally concern the schedule of fees charged by the city, which is set to be updated, and may be viewed, copied, or examined during regular business hours, Monday through Friday of each week, at the City Clerk’s office at Battlefield City Hall. At this public hearing any interested person, or any representative of any corporation or political subdivision, may speak for or against any proposed amendment.
