Springfield, MO - Greene County Clerk Shane Schoeller announces to all eligible voters wishing to vote absentee for the General Municipal Election on Tuesday, April 7, no-excuse absentee voting will be available in person at the Greene County Elections Center, 1126 N. Boonville Ave. in Springfield, on Saturday, April 4 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

In-person no excuse absentee is available Tuesday, March 24 through Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6 at the following locations and during the hours listed:

• Greene County Elections Center, 1126 N. Boonville Ave. – Weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

In-person no excuse absentee voting will also be available Tuesday, March 31 through Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6 at the following locations and during the hours listed:

• The Library Center 4653 S. Campbell Ave. – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Please note that in order to vote in-person absentee, by statute voters must present one of the following forms of photo identification:

• A nonexpired Missouri driver or non-driver license;

• A nonexpired military ID, including a veteran’s ID card;

• A nonexpired United States passport;

• A photo ID issued by the United States or the state of Missouri which is either not expired or expired after the date of the most recent general election.

• A photo ID issued by the United States or the state of Missouri which is without an expiration date.

In Greene County, the April ballot includes a wide variety of candidates and/or issues in nine cities, five school districts, and three fire protection districts. Sample ballots are available in the Office of the County Clerk and at https://vote.greenecountymo.gov.
